Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dolan Enterprises LLC ("we", "us") for your use of NoteVortex (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Service
NoteVortex analyzes conversations you record and connect, such as meetings, client calls and events, and produces summaries, action items and related results. The Service is currently in private beta and available by invitation.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. Keep your sign-in email and authenticator secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at admin@notevortex.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
Your content and recording consent
You keep ownership of the recordings and other content you bring to the Service. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for getting any consent the law requires from the people you record, including in places that require every participant to agree to be recorded.
AI-generated results
Results are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them, and do not treat them as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, record people without required consent, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or interfere with the Service.
Text message (SMS) terms
- Program: NoteVortex Alerts, operated by Dolan Enterprises LLC.
- What you will receive: transactional messages only: sign-in and verification codes, notices that a review of your conversation is ready, account or security notices, and replies to questions you send us through the chat on notevortex.com. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- How you opt in: through the chat on notevortex.com: you enter your mobile number and check a box, which is never pre-checked, agreeing to receive text messages from Dolan Enterprises LLC. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: varies based on your account activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and then no more unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email admin@notevortex.com or call (737) 383-1011.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Fees
The Service is free during the private beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you can choose not to continue.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the Service or other users.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dolan Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
