What NoteVortex does
NoteVortex is web software that turns recorded business conversations into written summaries, decisions and follow-up lists. You record a meeting or call with the recording device or app you already use, connect it to NoteVortex, and a few minutes after the recording ends you get a written review of it.
How it works
- Record. Use a supported recorder, such as a Pocket voice recorder, during a client call, team meeting, training or event. Everyone in the conversation should know it is being recorded.
- Connect. Link your recording account to NoteVortex once. New recordings and their transcripts come in automatically.
- Review. NoteVortex reads the transcript, works out what kind of conversation it was, and writes a review shaped for that kind of conversation.
- Act. Copy follow-ups into your email or CRM, or share the summary with your team.
What you get for each conversation
- Summary: a short, plain-English readout of what was discussed.
- Decisions: what was agreed, and by whom.
- Action items: follow-ups with an owner and a due date, taken from what people actually committed to.
- Key numbers and dates: prices, rates, deadlines and other figures mentioned, checked against the transcript.
- Source links: every point is tied back to the moment in the transcript it came from, so you can check it.

Privacy and security
Sign-in needs both an emailed link and a code from an authenticator app. Recording-service credentials are stored encrypted. We do not sell your information or use your recordings for advertising. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Text message alerts
Account holders can choose to get transactional text messages from NoteVortex: sign-in and verification codes, a note when a review is ready, and account or security notices. We never send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our text message terms.

NoteVortex is free during the private beta. If we add paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are ever charged.
